We ask that you keep in mind that at the end of the day she is only 10 years old and her mission is to spread kindness, but she also balances being a kid and an all star cheerleader.
Most orders will ship in 10-12 business days. We consider business days which excludes weekends and all major holidays and planned time off. This time may vary based on the current order volume and the current turnaround time is listed on the homepage.
We will always do our best to accommodate you should you need your order by a certain date. Please be sure to email orders@heartandharper.org if you have a specific delivery request.
Due to the nature of Paisley-Kate’s business and the fact that the profits are donated to the cause associated with the item, there isn’t much wiggle room to accommodate returns and exchanges. However, should something be incorrect, damaged, or you need to switch to a different size, we will do our best to help on a case by case basis.
Please note any item from a flash sale or daily deal cannot be exchanged for any reason. Should a “refund” of your order be merited, all refunds are given in the form of store credit to heartandharper.org.
As a friendly reminder, we’re humans, and sometimes we make mistakes. We will always do what we can to fix it within reason and in a reasonable amount of time.
Should something be incorrect in your order please notify us within 3 days of receipt (receipt is considered delivery of your order by the tracking number associated) by emailing orders@heartandharper.org and we will start to assist any way we can!
If entered into the order change system, typically we can make changes to sizes and addresses if done within 24 hours. However, we cannot make changes to things like embroidered items, complete order changes, or cancel your order. Please enter your changes by clicking here to fill out the form.
We batch print orders for Paisley-Kate to then fulfill. This automatically triggers the shipping notification email. After we print your order PK will get hard to work on it.
Please allow 2-3 days for your order to then make it to the shipping center to be processed. Please also note that if your order was printed on Friday, you likely wont see it move until the following Monday. If your order has not moved in more than 5 business days please email us at orders@heartandharper.org as sometimes we find when we drop off large quantities of packages, some do in fact, never move. We will work to get a new package on it’s way to you as soon as possible.
