Shipping
Most orders will ship within 10-14 business days. Business days exclude weekends and all major holidays. While this is the goal, all items are made to order and depending on order volume the shipping times may increase. Should you need your order by a certain date please email kindness@heartandharper.org so that we can address your request as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we can get it to you faster, but we will do our best. Please note that selecting “priority shipping” does not change the processing time, only the shipping method.
Returns
Due to the nature of Paisley-Kate’s business all sales are considered final.However, we are human and do make mistakes. Please email within 3 days of receipt of your order to let us know if there is an issue or missing item in your package and we will do our best, within reason, to rectify the issue. Please note that some items are limited edition and maybe replaced with a similar item or a store credit. Refunds of any kind will be given in the form of store credit and are determined on a case by case basis not to exceed $50 in a 365 day period. No portion of shipping will be refunded and any exchanges the shipping costs will be absorbed by the customer.
